The medical insert is built with wear-resisting nylon webbing. The IFAK insert panel features heavy duty elastic loops of various sizes to secure a variety of first aid supplies. A red webbing handle on top of med insert allow you to pull out from your tactical gear quickly. It unfolds flat for easy access to your trauma kits. The MED insert is designed to fit inside a standard double 5.56 magazine pouch or larger, but some larger first aid supplies may require a wider pouch such as Double 7.62 Mag Pouch. Measures 15.50" long x 3" wide when opened.
