Khalder digital refractometer (SRS03) is a portable, water resistant, digital electronic equipment that measures brix scale in 0.0 to 53.0% range. It uses the refractive index of solution through an optical glass prism, which measures the sugar level and converts to units of percent by weight (Brix).
