This new production Mullard 12AT7 / ECC81 is suitable for low noise applications like microphones and recording gear. We enjoy the smooth, rich response in instrument amps too, especially in the V1 or reverb positions. Consider this as an option to lower signal strength from the ultra high gain 12AX7 long plate Mullard. These are testing great and ready to go.
