Our liquid urethane foam kit is the ideal choice for marine applications, and you can easily shape it to fill any void in your ship. It is a lightweight, powerful substance that adds extra buoyancy to your boat's floatation chambers or even your docks, keeping them afloat no matter what.

Block sounds and maintain a comfortable temperature inside your boat with this insulating flotation foam! Our urethane also has a 95 to 98% closed cell structure once it has finished curing, making it immune to damage from gasoline, oil, fresh or saltwater, or solvents.

This pourable urethane foam cures rapidly, after which you can carve, cut or sand it into shape. It can even be coated with any type of polyester, epoxy or vinyl ester resin without melting. To avoid waste, please follow the recommended temperature range (above 75° F) and pour in small batches.
