Thermoformed ABS plastic sheet has excellent tensile strength and impact resistance, it is easier to form and flexible than acrylic sheets. Easy to cut and heat, making it an ideal material for most thermoform applications.
KAITELA moldable plastic sheets can be easily handled with table saw, jigsaw, scroll saw, hacksaw, scoring knife, and drills. Bend and mold by heating to 93°C (~200°F) with a heat gun.
Thermoform plastic panel can be well used for DIY projects, hand craft, scabbard, switch panels, workbench, architectural models, robotics competitions, car dashboard, repair, amp surface, and audio frame.
Sized at 8 x 12 inches with 1/8 inch thick (0.118" / 3mm nominal, tolerance +/- 0.03mm), textured front and smooth back.
