Optimal Freezing Conditions
Ensure the freezer bowl is placed in the coldest section of your fridge, with a minimum freezing temperature of -0.4 ℉ (-18 degrees C). Allow the bowl to freeze undisturbed for at least 8 hours, ensuring it reaches a solid state without liquid movement upon shaking.
Immediate Use
Once the bowl is thoroughly frozen, use it promptly after removal from the freezer. Refrigerate your ingredients for 2-3 hours before initiating the ice cream-making process.
Churning Process
Install the mixing arm, lid, and motor. Secure the lid on the freezer bowl by rotating it clockwise until the tabs lock in place. Switch on the electric ice cream maker churner immediately, as the bowl starts to defrost upon removal from the freezer.
Ingredient Pouring
Pour your recipe ingredients through the spout, being cautious not to fill the freezer bowl beyond 4cm from the top, considering the expansion during the freezing process. Let the ice cream maker take over the process.
Customization Options
Enhance your recipes by adding extras like strawberry preserves, cookie dough, candy pieces, and more.
Churning Time
Allow the soft serve ice cream machine to churn for 20-35 minutes, achieving a soft consistency. The duration may vary based on the recipe and the volume of your dessert or drink. For a firmer texture, transfer the dessert or drink to an airtight container and store it in the freezer for two or more hours.
