The Excell RT-8296 Carton Sealing Dispenser with Retractable Blade is a hand-held tape dispenser constructed from one piece of lightweight aluminum. The ergonomic design of the RT-8296 dispenser ensures stable operation and comfort while sealing packages. The new and innovative push-to-cut feature ensures the retractable safety blade only cuts the tape when the push flap plate is pressed against the surface of the box. A uniquely designed holder is included with the Excell RT-8296 dispenser making it easy to carry on a belt or waistband. The Excell RT-8296 Dispenser fits tape rolls with 3-inch core diameter and 2-inch width.
