NEW PIG SHALL HAVE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR, AND CUSTOMER HEREBY RELEASES AND DISCHARGES NEW PIG FROM, ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES TO OR RELATED TO CUSTOMER'S FLOORS, FLOORING MATERIAL, OR ANY OTHER SURFACES IN CUSTOMER'S DWELLING OR FACILITY.
