The plug is pre-wired to (2) 8 gauge wires and has pre-installed crimping wire connectors. To attach the receptacle to battery wires, please strip 1/2” of wire coating off each of battery wires and insert and crimp the wires into the wire connections. The plug comes standard with 8 gauge wire but can be attached to either 6 or 10 gauge wire.
