How to Use:
Power On: After the ring is fully charged, it will automatically power on when the power is disconnected, and the blue lighting will blink. Wait for Bluetooth pairing.
Power Off: When the ring is low on battery, the red lighting will blink. Please charge the ring. After it's fully charged, it will automatically connect to your phone.
Bluetooth Pairing: Open the app and search for the Bluetooth device So under My Devices. Connect to access health data detection.
Heart Rate and Blood Oxygen Detection: Stay still while measuring, approximate measurement time of 15 seconds.
Body Temperature Detection: Wear the ring correctly, approximate measurement time of 5 seconds.
Step Counting: Turn on the Step Counting Switch to enable step counting function.
