How To Use

🔻 Begin by outlining lips with the point of our custom heart shaped wand.
🔻 Fill in as desired. Allow 3~5 minutes till completely dry.
🔻 Duo Chrome & Metallic Liquid lipstick, Allow the lip to dry completely. Once fully dry massage the area lightly to activate the pearls.
