A:Please do not install the item in the rain, direct sunlight exposure for a long time, strong magnetic interference, heavy cold and hot air place.（e.g air-conditioning port). Working temperature:-20°-35°

Q:When there are false alarms,how can we do ?

A: Way 1:battery is too low,pls change new 100% alkaline battery ; way 2:whether or not earby neighbors use same item,if have, then try to change the code of items at the bottom of battery cover to avoid interfere

Q:Receiver alarm stops working after using period of time, how can we do ?

A:please try to change new battery.

Q:Motion Detector doesn't send signal,there is no any activated response from receiver。

A:please check receiver to make sure the working mode in unlocked condition Lock will be no activated response.

Q:Can Pir sensor detect the motion through a wooden door or window glass or any other obstacle.

A:No,pls install sensor to detect work without any obstacle。

Q:Sensor transmitter does not recognize activity every time.

A：Sensor working only once in 7 seconds.

A:Yes,we match with USB cable for AC power by adapter(not contain). Recommend receiver use AC power,Sensor use battery power AAA1.5X3PCS(not contain).

Q: Can this item waterproof ,weather-proof or other espeical funtions?

A:Reveiver waterproof IP43,IP44. Sensor waterproof IP43.This is a standalone indoor/outdoor motion sensor chime alarm, not weather-proof function, not supporting sim card, landline, wifi, app and smart home things, unable to program with other alarm panels.
