There are 15 multiple choice A-E or T/F questions one each side allowing the test form to be used twice! 1-15 on the front, 1-15 on back. These are 100% compatible with the Scantron 888P+ Scanners. These forms may either be used as a test forms or test keys by filling out the appropriate bubble above the first question.
