Instructionsfor Sample Collector
Note:When using the Sample Collector, keep the sampling bottle upward (the oil maybe pumped into the Sample Collector if the bottle is put upside down.)
1.Remove the cover of the sampling bottle and connect with the sampler at itsthreaded end.
2.Loosen the large silver white screw on the top of the sampler and insert thesampler through the middle hole of the screw until its end aligned with thethread of the bottle (Do not insert too deep as the oil may be pumped into thesampler as the pipe is submerged in the oil.)
3.Tighten the large screw on the top of the Sample Collector
4.Insert the pipe end which is outside into the sample.
5.Pull and push the handle at the end of the sample to pump the oil into thesampling bottle until the liquid level reaches 3/4 of the bottle volume.
6.Remove the sampling bottle, cover it and stick a label on it (The label shouldcontain sampling time, oil sample No., oil sample name, equipment, using timeand operator).
7.Pull out the sampling tube and clean the Sample Collector
