Easy to install, direct replacement but notice that it has polarity sensitive
LED bulbs need have correct polarity before putting the climate control back, if LED doesn't light up, take the bulb out and spin it 180°.
Note: If one of the led bulbs is not locked in completely (out of the 3), none of the lights will turn on.
