Our Agility Ladder encourages players to focus on drills that train explosive first steps and movements, rhythm, body control, coordination, balance, and lateral speed. Each set contains 3 ladders (one red, one blue, one yellow) as well as a black, mesh carry bag. The Mini Ladders are each 6 feet long and have 4 fixed rungs per ladder. Each ladder includes a black, mesh carry bag which makes for easy storage and transportation.
