  • How to start to heat:When you splice these together you will have to come up with a system wind the wire together. When you heat the casing up start at both ends until they are clear. Then heat the solder in the middle. Let the entire thing cool before you begin moving around or tugging.
  • IP67 Waterproof:The electrical wire terminal connector have IP67 Waterproof capability. After being heated, they shrink and water will not be able to go inside, so it is very popular in the automotive and marine industries also great for Diy projects such as vehicle, home or scientific wiring projects.
  • How to melt uniformly: Just make sure to move the lighter back and forth never lingering in one spot for more than a second (Pretty much the same as when you're sealing any shrink tubing). You will be surprised to find that the solder ring melts very uniformly every time making it look like an expert solder weld consistently.

Description

Description:
Feature:
Good shrinking and sealing and excellent wetting of the wires.
You can pull hard and it won't separate unless you don't let it cool before tugging on it.
Perfect for DIY projects for your car, bike, and some home applications ect.Easy to use.
Using Steps:
1.Peel the wire jacket off.
2.Insert the wire into the connector.
3.Tighten the wires and move them to the center of the tube.
4.Heat the shrinkable tube by lighter or a heat gun.Start by waving the flame back and forth at the middle section until the solder melts. Then, let cool for about 10 seconds.
5.Once the center area is soldered and cooled you can proceed to seal the 2 sides. If you dont wait for the solder to cool in the middle, it will remain pliable, soft, and you'll have to contend with the wire shifting around while you work on sealing the edges.
