The sticky are not along the whole strip. Half of the strip sticky, half of the strip doesn't stick down.
These highlight stickers can not absorb the ink of the pen quickly as the paper, don't touch them when you're just finished writing, otherwise the handwriting will blur. Recommend ballpoint pen and straight liquid type ball pen.
