Cherry Service and Repair Invoice Books are ideal for your invoice needs. At the very top of the page is space to write the invoice number, which helps you stay organized should you ever need to find the invoice again.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Invoice is completed on the top copy and as carbonless paper is used, a simultaneous copy is created underneath the original. The top copy is perforated for easy removal and given to the customer. The lower copy remains in the book for your own records. Helping you to stay organized.
WHAT DOES THE INVOICE INCLUDE
Easy to use as each section is titled. The top section of the invoice is for the customer's information, with details for:

- Serial #
- Date ordered
- Order taken by
- Phone #
- Customer order #
- Job location
- Job Phone
- Starting Date
- Terms
The lower section of the invoice is for what has been ordered, it includes:
- Plenty of space for materials, quantity, units and amount
- Description of work completed
- Miscellaneous charges
- Labor
- Date completed
- Customer signature
- Authorized signature
Finally, in the lower right-hand corner, there is space for:
- Total labor
- Total materials used
- Total miscellaneous
- Subtotal
- Tax
- Grand total
