Function: Used to correctly place the crankshaft sealing ring without leakage.
Application: Compatible with 1989-2016 Cummins 4BT 3.9L, B series 5.9L, QSB 5.9L 6.7L and ISB 5.9L 6.7L.
Part Number: Replaces OE# 3824498 1338.
This tool #1338 is required to install the seals in the seal number 3937111, 3904353 or kit 3802820.
