Temperature and humidity alerts are sent using your WiFi, no app to install and no hub is required. Up to 5 email addresses can be added to receive temperature alerts. All or some of them can be used to receive text notifications. All services are free.
View device status and recent activity as well as temperature and humidity charts on a dedicated secure web page. MySpool Central Monitoring Service for this device is included free of charge: in case your device misses a scheduled daily check-in, you will be notified that there is an issue. Another notification will be sent when your device comes back online.
High quality ambient temperature sensor has a temperature range from -10°C to +80°C (14°F to 176°F). The two sensors are connected to the communications module by a 2 foot thin cable. That allows the user to place sensors in a refrigerator or in a data cabinet, for example. By leaving the communications module outside, a good connection with WiFi can be ensured.
