This BellaSous multi layered short petticoat with fluff (style 416) is made of multiple layers of polyester organza fabric and the waistband stretches generously. It's been designed as One Size Fits Most, with the waist stretching 22" to 55", and is 22" long. Fits sizes Petite Small (PS) to 6X (6XL).
