Description

Cellulase is a solid powder or liquid preparation produced by the metabolism of Trichoderma. It can hydrolyze natural cellulose to generate cellooligosaccharides. Cellulase is the general term for a group of enzymes that turn cellulose into fiber and glucose. It is not a single Enzymes are multi-component enzyme systems that play a synergistic role. This product is food grade.
Mechanism of action:
Cellulase is a multi-component enzyme system, and the substrate structure is extremely complex. Due to the water insolubility of the substrate, the adsorption of cellulase replaces the ES complex process formed by the enzyme and the substrate. Cellulase first specifically adsorbs on the substrate cellulose, and then decomposes the cellulose into glucose under the synergistic action of several components.
Use:
The accumulation of disaccharides in the reactants will inhibit the enzymatic hydrolysis process. The temperature of this product is 30°C~60°C, the best is 50°C, the pH is 4.0~5.5, and the best is 4.8. Under normal circumstances, it is effective if the dosage is 0.5% of the weight of the substrate. The user is requested to determine the best dosage according to the experiment.
Application:
1. Application in the food industry: fruit and vegetable processing, processing of soybean raw materials, tea processing, etc.
2. Application in fermentation industry: liquor brewing, soy sauce brewing, beer industry, etc.
3. Application in agriculture and animal husbandry: feed.
4. Industrial applications: textile, deinking of old paper, etc.
