Note
1. The KVM Switch did supports 8K, 4K, 2K and other resolutions, but the KVM Switch is the equivalent of a bridge, so if want 8K,4K resolution, need the computer, monitor, and connection cable that all also support 8K,4K at the same time. Recommendation: Use HDMI2.1 cable within 4.92ft. The shorter the cable length, the better.
2, This KVM does not support dynamic adjustment of the refresh rate.
3, Standard 104-key wired USB keyboard is recommended, mechanic keyboard and mouse not recomended, since it will consume lots of power and will affect the stability.
4, Please ensure the included two usb cables are connected to the corresponding computer, these 2 USB cable connection is for power supply for usb device.
Installation Step
1, Turn off all devices and unplug all cables;
2, Plug the USB 3.0 cable and the HDMI cable into your computer and the corresponding port on the KVM switch.
3, Plug your mouse, keyboard or other USB devices into the USB ports on the front of the KVM.
4, Connect your monitor to the KVM switcher.
5, Plug the wired remote control (included in the box) into the "Select" port of the KVM.
6, Turn on your computers and monitor.
