Especially for climbing, the WS Wildfire Edge GTX® climbing shoe is also equipped with an edging plate, an insole plate under the forefoot that provides additional stiffness under the toes. The Pomoca Speed MTN sole scores points with improved grip and higher friction in dry and wet weather. The sole has a precision climbing zone in the toe area, good edging performance and aggressive studs for improved traction on muddy and soft surfaces. For better torsion resistance, the outer material is made of Exa Shell, which wraps around the foot in combination with the 3-F system for flexibility, fit and support.
