LIFEGARD Aquatics Bulkhead are commenly used as through wall fittings in Aquariums, Rain Barrels, Irrigation and other applications. This bulkhead is designed for standard US pipe size or Thread size. If you are using the slip bulkhead with a PVC pipe use any standard ABS to PVC glue from Lowes or Home Depot to seal it. It is recommended that you apply glue on the pipe as well as inside the slip part of the bulkhead. If you are using a Threaded bulkhead simply wrap 6 to 7 layers of thread seal tape and thread in the required fitting.
