Hand held Bow Cutter: The bow cutter can be used to cut large slabs of styrofoam to smaller size chunks for ease of designing using the foam styler. Table Top Hotwire Cutter: The regular use as a hotwire to cut perfect straight edges or to cut any desired shape. The slider / guide provided can be fixed at any desired position. The measurements on the board help fix the slider at a desired distance from the hotwire position. Angular Cuts: The hotwire can be fixed at an angle ranging from 0 to 90 by sliding and fixing the hotwire in the curved slot. This helps in cutting angular shaped models. Slicer: The hotwire can be fixed horizontally parallel to the base board and slicing can be done by sliding the styrofoam over the base board. This way thickness of the end product can be varied as desired. This also helps in creating slices of the same shape thereby helping to avoid cutting the same shape multiple times. Edge Cutter: The edges of a already cut shape can be chamfered by sliding the shape using the edge butting pin. Cylinder and Cone Cutter: Cylinders and cones can be cut by using the extra attachment provided. The pin in the attachment is used for fixing the styrofoam . After fixing the styrofoam, it can be rotated to get the cylindrical shape. The diameter can be varied by changing the distance between the pin position and the hotwire. If the hotwire is placed at an angle, using the same method, cones of different sizes can be cut.
