Polyester is resistant to shrinkage and has a smoother texture, which helps to minimize friction between the thread and leather. Additionally, it can withstand moderate heat for short periods.
[BONDED THREAD] Our threads are manufactured in a 3-ply format. Bonded threads are coated with the American-produced DuPont resin to stick them together during the loop formation, for a better bond among the 3 cords. This ensures us that our threads are much less prone to unravel.
