ZhXu Shuo 7mm (ZigZag width) Open Toe / Applique / Butthnhole Foot

This overcasting foot delivers a consistent and accurate overcasting stitch for serged effect using your sewing machines. Thread is locked around the edge of fabric (e.g ZZ shape), aligned with the edge, to prevent fabric from raveling. Use this foot for beginning and end of seams in skirts or trousers, and the beginning and end of all cuttings!

The overcast foot is also known as an over-edge or over locker foot. It is a magical little sewing machine foot that can give you an edging similar to that of an over locker with just about any sewing machine. It simply clips on and off to attach and your ready to go.

How to Use This Overcasting Foot

1. Select a stitch and attach the overcasting foot on the sewing machine. 2. Lower the presser foot so the presser foot guide is set flush against the edge of the fabric. 3. Sew along the presser foot guide.
