The Cooper-Atkins 50360-K Type K thermocouple 5.5" food penetration needle probe measures temperature from -40 to +500 degrees F (-40 to +260 degrees C). It has a response time of 2 seconds in liquid. The stainless-steel cable measures 35" and can withstand temperatures up to 600 degrees F (316 degrees C). It can be closed in an oven door.
