Product shell material: plastic. Connector material: zinc alloy. Plating process: nickel plated.
This product is perfect for replacing worn out headphone plugs or making cables of the desired length or replacing damaged connectors.
The product is easy to use: you really don't need a professional to do this. Simply insert the cable in the hole, twist and lock in place and solder.
(Suitable for cables up to 5mm, if your cable is too thin, just clamp it with a sleeve to avoid movement)
Soldering wiring diagram: PIN 1 (2 short silver pins), mono audio: PIN 2 (long silver pin), earth. Suitable for cables up to 5mm in diameter.
Product application: Suitable for most speakers, PA horns, CB, amateur radio, scanners, voltage triggered applications such as Morse Keys, cooling fans, power amplifiers and other devices.
