The turn signal rocker switch is dpdt (double pole double throw) design. It has 3 position and will maintain its pressed position. The right signal light is on when you press the switch up; The left signal light is on when you press the switch down.The middle position is OFF.

The CF13 flasher relay is adjustable. Clockwise: FASTER, Counterclockwise: SLOWER. You can rotate the knob to adjust the flashing speed according to the LED bulb load.
