FUNCTION. This 9038A Diagnostic Relay Bypass Master Kit energizes any 12V relay by powering a DC motor for testing, also it controls relay circuit ,which is independent of “key-on/key-off” systems. In addition, it is used in conjunction with clamp-on Amp Probes and Lab Scopes to monitor the current and amperage so that the tecnician can find out circuit problem in time.
SPECIFICATION. This 9038A relay tester kit is Operated Up to 20 amp continuous and 30 amp surge (12V)
