Frequently Questions Answer

Q1：Why the robot vaccum is not able to return to the charging station and turn off ?

A: 1. Please place the charging base on a flat surface against a wall.
     2. Please ensure a space of at least 1.0 m/3.3 ft on both sides of the charging base, and  a space of at least 2.0 m/6.6 ft in front. Do not put the charging base near the objects with strong reflective surfaces such as mirrors.
     3. Please keep the charging base in power-on state, or the robot cleaner may fail to find the charging base. (The robot will start searching the charging base to charge automatically when it completes cleaning or under low battery state.)
    4. When charging for the first time, manually align the charging pole piece at the bottom of the device with the terminal of the charging stand.
   5. When the battery of the robot vacuum cleaner runs out and shuts down automatically, you can manually put it on the charging base. Make sure that the charging connect or is in good contact.

Q2：How to wet the mop of the robotic cleaner ?

A: 1.Install the rag holder board on the robot, default is I-shaped cleaning and mopping route.The water output can be adjusted through the app, which are: 
① Low mode; ② Middle mode; ③ High mode.

2. When mopping for the first time, please adjust the water volume to "High mode" through the APP, wet the mop at the bottom of the robot vacuum and then adjust the appropriate water volume mode according to your needs.

Q3：How to setup the map of the house and how to direct the room that I wish to clean ?
A: 1. Our G1 robot is an smart robot cleaner, when you start the machine successfully, it will automatically draw the layout of your home and record the map.
     2.The default cleaning route is I-shaped cleaning. The robot has another cleaning mode: Spot Cleaning. When you want G1 to work in your designated area, you can choose "Spot Cleaning" on the APP.
