1.The width-14mm is the band loop inside width. If your band width is 14mm,just choose 14mm band holder.
There are lots of different sizes for the Timex Ironman. Measure before you buy to ensure you get the correct size.
Ps: As the second image shows,if your band width measurement data is 13.5mm, you can choose 14mm band loop.
The band loop size you can choose is inside width,Not all width.
