This blade protective cover is not only compatible with Thermomix TM6, but also with TM5/TM31.

Product Description
Your blade guard protects your cooked food from coming into contact with the mixing knife set. So you can use the low or long simmer (slow cook or sous-vide slow cook) feature in your Thermomix with confidence. By using the protected preparation method, the flavor of the food will be more intense.

Sous-vide Slow Cooker
In sous-vide mode, food (such as meat, fish or vegetables) is placed in a bag and vacuumed, and then simmered in a water bath at low temperatures while stirring evenly.
The goal is to transfer the primary target temperature directly to the food through the water.
The knife head guard protects the sealed bag and its contents from coming into contact with the stirring knife set.

Cleaning
Place the plastic parts only on the upper rinse rack of the dishwasher or use your hands, preferably with a rinse brush, to clean the knife head guard.

Danger and safety tips
1. Use the blade guard only at temperatures less than 100°C. Do not use the blade protective cover when cooking at temperatures outside this range.
2. Use this product only in the Thermomix TM6 or TM5/TM31 and never in older versions of the processor.
3. Do not exceed speed setting 1 and only use the reverse function.
4. Note: Please do not directly dry boil without water or liquid.
