When in-flow comes sufficiently again, pump will then re-access normal run performance. This DRY-RUN protection is aimed to significantly reduce physical damage of pump from long time DRY RUN in some scenarios. Otherwise, pump could be conveniently dead due to long-time DRY RUN.
