How to use
①Soak the ice units fully in water for about 3-5 minutes.
②After automatic water absorption, wipe both sides dry.
③Once completely dry, freeze for at least 6 hours. （When placing in the freezer, ensure that the plastic surface touches the refrigerator. don't allow the mesh sides to touch each other, or they will stick and freeze together）
④Also, depending on your needs, you can shorten the soaking time to have thin and slim units.
⑤After use, the ice packs can be refrozen by simply putting them back in the fridge for 6 hours. If the ice units become smaller after multiple uses, they can be soaked in water again for 3 minutes, dried, and refrozen.
