Why Need to Flush Your Yamaha Outboard Engine?
Saltwater and even freshwater environments can introduce harmful materials into your outboard engine's cooling system. The use of a flushing device can effectively remove salt and corrosive substances inside the engine, especially when using seawater, preventing corrosion and buildup that can lead to overheating and, ultimately, engine failure.
Flushing Your Yamaha Outboard Motor Made Simple
The flush kit features a quick connect flush adapter, allowing for easy and convenient attachment to the engine's flushing port, saving time and energy. The quick connect assemblies are permanently installed inline between the existing OEM flush plug and its landing base. It is a more ergonomic approach than unscrewing the Yamaha OEM adapters and worrying about dropping O-rings into the water.
Compatibility
The quick connect flush kit is specifically designed for Yamaha all 4-stroke outboard engines models, including Yamaha Offshore, Yamaha VMax SHO, and Yamaha XTO Offshore.
Yamaha outboard engines ranging from 8HP - 425HP. (excluding 115HP).
