The four wires of the four wire fan are composed of the negative pole of the power supply, the positive pole of the power supply, the speed measuring signal wire and the PWM control wire. First of all, the power wire of the fan should be found. Generally, if the fan has a red black wire, the red wire is the positive pole of the power supply and the black wire is the negative stage. If there is no red fan, the yellow wire is the positive pole and the black wire is the negative pole. After the power is turned on, the fan runs at full speed. If the other two wires are connected after the power is turned on (not connected to other places), the fan speed will be significantly reduced. Disconnect the two wires and connect the control wire to the negative pole. The fan will run at a lower speed (some fans will stop).
The controller is designed to combine manual control and automatic temperature control1. When the temperature probe is not installed, it is purely manual: click / double-click (the double-click speed should not be too fast) to increase / decrease the gear. After each change of gear, if it continues to run for 20 seconds, the gear will be stored automatically. No. 2 indicator will flash rapidly within 20 seconds. When the flash stops, it means that the gear has been stored. When it is in the position of unable to continue to increase / unable to continue to decrease, No. 3 / 1 indicator light will always be on.2. After installing the temperature probe, take the speed of manual speed regulation as the initial low speed (bottom line speed). When the temperature exceeds the acceleration temperature, the fan speed accelerates smoothly with the increase of temperature. When the temperature reaches or exceeds the sum of the acceleration temperature and the acceleration width (that is, the full speed temperature), the fan speed increases.
