KK2000 is a newly designed high-flow stepper motor peristaltic pump that supports quick pump tube replacement and easy operation.
The flow range of this peristaltic pump: 700-2000ml/min (please refer to the flow curve on the details page below for the specific flow rate), voltage 24V, power 24W, motor life of about 6000H, weight about 1468g, recommended speed range 250-350rpm (not recommended directly adjust the speed to the highest for use, it will cause damage to the motor), the noise is less than 70dB (the noise is louder at low speed), and the batch accuracy is 10%.
The structural parts of the pump body are made of polymer modified materials, and the bearings are imported with original packaging to ensure the long-term reliable operation of the pump.
This peristaltic pump automatically adapt to the jamming device, we currently recommend the following tube types S17, S18, B17, B18, respectively, 17# 6.4mm × 9.6mm (1/4in × 3/8in), 18# 7.91mm × 11.1mm (5/16in × 7/16in), S is the silicone tube code (200H), B is the BPT tube code (1000H).
Recommended drive board: Modbus (Note: stepper motors need to be used together with the driver), can realize built-in, external potentiometer speed regulation, can realize MODBUS RS485 communication and 0-10V analog speed regulation, realize electric, trigger two start-stop mode, subdivision maximum 32, drive current can be set (0.7A, 1.2A, 1.7A, 2.2A, 2.7A, 2.9A, 3.2A, 4.0A)
