There are six different resistance levels available for the 4KOR resistance cord pairs. Cord tension spans from 3 lbs for beginners to 40 lbs for top sports competitors. This item only includes the pair of resistance cords in the photo, and does not include the exercise charts or attachments. The 4KOR cords are designed for easy setup to a sturdy chain link fence, or using the 4KOR door strap, power rack straps, or 4KOR wall mounts.
