This Embroidery starter kit for adults & beginners includes pre-printed embroidery patterns on fabric & a step-by-step booklet guide in English to learn how to sew different basic embroidery stitches in one time.
You can also get the instructions with some online videos did the trick (a quick search for the different stitches will likely pull up what you need).

The embroidery kit came with everything you needed -- hoop, needles, floss, needle-threader, seam ripper and fabric with the pattern stamped on it and some basic instructions.

It didn't take you very long to do a decent job and you will feel proud of yourself when you finish a template sheet.
