When Connecting to a Controller.

1.Please make sure the audio output setting in your system is “headset”.
2.Please plug 3.5 mm cable into the controller directly which has a 3.5 mm audio port.

When Connecting to a PC.

1.The Y splitter audio cable(Included) is needed when using the headset on computer. (Y splitter cable: Red for the microphone and the green for audio)
2.The switch of both headset microphone and computer microphone should be turned on.
3.Please double-click the speaker icon which is in your computer taskbar to enter the control panel for setting the Voice.

When Connecting to a Xbox one.

1.New Xbox One with a 3.5mm interface controller(GamePad) can be matched with this headset with 3.5mm plug.
2.The Old Version of Xbox One without a 3.5mm interface controller(GamePad) need an extra Adapter(Not Included) to match with this headset.

When Connecting to a PS4

1.Before applying the headset on your PS4,please test it with your cellphone to ensure it is proper functioning.
2.Insert the 3.5mm jack plug affiliated with the headset into the game-pad,then long press the PS button or enter the system settings.
3.And "external device" appears.Change "adjust sound and devices","output to the headphones"into "all audio"
