【Suitable for MTB?】Since nearly all mountain bike handlebars are straight or point towards you, the suspension system won't work on these types of bikes. If your handlebars point outwards (or straight handlebars are equipped with forward-facing bar ends), then it will work effectively.
【Tips】When stationary, applying pressure to one end of the handlebar may cause a slight downward movement of about 1mm. However, you won't feel this movement during riding. This is not a defect. If you've used a Dropper Post (which typically have 1 to 2mm of movement), you'll understand that such slight movement is normal and doesn't affect performance or safety. Since suspension stems are not very common, some riders might have this misunderstanding.
