Steps:
1. Ensure that the Puck System is already installed on your truck. If it is not installed, refer to the vehicle's manual or contact a dealer to install the Puck System.
2. Locate the mounting points of the Puck System on the bottom of the truck bed. These mounting points are typically raised metal sockets designed for attaching towing accessories.
3. Insert the gooseneck ball of the GNXA2062 Puck System Gooseneck Hitch Ball Kit into the mounting points of the Puck System. Ensure that the gooseneck ball is fully inserted and locked into place.
4. Use a torque wrench to tighten the gooseneck ball mounting bolts. Make sure the bolts are securely fastened, but avoid over-tightening.
5. Install the safety chain anchors. Insert the two safety chain anchors into the mounting points of the Puck System and ensure they are securely attached.
6. Check that all installed components are secure. Ensure that the gooseneck ball and safety chain anchors are properly installed and there are no loose or unstable parts.
7. If desired, apply lubricant to the gooseneck ball and safety chain anchors to ensure smooth operation and prevent rusting.
