  • The heating pad is durable and effective in heating. When you feel the print bed is not hot enough, suggest you to check the mos module, SSRA, the motherboard interface. For example the issues maybe happen for SSR,disconnect the SSR cable directly connect it to the board, about 3-4 seconds, disconnect it immediately, touch the mat, if feel a little hot, then it is still good. You need to replace a new SSR relay then test it again.If you can't troubleshoot, contact us directly.
