In order to sublimate beautifully, you'd better wipe the sublimation face with lint free cloth. Sublimate these “FACE DOWN” at 400° F for 7 minutes with medium pressure.
To be honest there might be some overlap of the white but these blend in with the photo and make it look more natural.
