The Journals: press temperature is 180-190 degrees Celsius/ 356-374 degrees Fahrenheit, press time is 60-80 seconds, medium press
The pens: Bake in a convection oven at about 350-375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-6 minutes, turning halfway. Note: Do not let the barrel touch a metal surface during baking, the shrink wrap will be more likely to melt.
