1. An upgraded Replacement printing platform: JanusBPS 180x180mm/7.08inch. This steel plate is Dual-Side Coated, one side with Colorful PEY plate, another side is Textured PEI, Not come with a sticker base. The PEY supports temp up to 180°C, making it ideal for low-temp filaments like PLA. Our PEI provides a delicate matte texture, exuding a calm and stable quality, with high-temp resistance up to 300°C.
2. 3D Printer KP3S Build Plate Top Plate Only: Size:180x180mm,suit for Kingrooon KP3S, KP3,CRUX1 3D Printer platform. If you can accept the 1-5mm inaccuracies, 185 x 185 184x184 build plate also can fit for them. A good hotbed cover replacement for that PEY colorful buildplate kit(Asin:B0CJY4JBSG) at our store.
3. How to Get Good First Layer Adhesion? Pay Attention to the nozzle-to-surface distance to prevent permanent scars. Adjusting an Appropriate Z axis is IMPORTANT for the first layer bed adhesion. If too low, a filament buildup occurs or easily to tear the printing surface; too high, the prints come off the build plate, don't stick well. Recommend to turn off the cooling fan and slow down the speed to 10-25mm/s when going on a 3d printing project's first layer. A roll of dry filament also works.
4. Kindly Note: Recommend to print ABS high temperature materials(which need OVER 80℃/176℉) on the Textured side, better to work with a 3d printer dust cover. Do NOT on the smooth side to avoid tearing the pei off.
5. High Quality spring steel sheet: Our 0.4mm thick stainless steel plate is resistant to deformation and rust. Total thickness is about 0.7mm. With high flatness and ample toughness, it provides strong adhesion, making it extremely user-friendly, especially for Newer. Regular cleaning with alcoholl or a cleaning agent is recommended to maintain surface cleanliness. Dirt and oil stains can reduce print adhesion and affect the clarity of the rainbow starry pattern on the PEY surface.
